Elinor £75 when she is 21; next to my grand child Anne Fenton £40 when 21; next to my grand child William Betty and his brother or brothers £50 when 21; and the other £50 to my dau. Peters in 3 years after; to my dau. Jane £75 in 3 years after; to my dau. Anne £75 when 24; to my dau. Elinor £75 when 24; and to my grand child Wm. Fenton £20 to be paid to his mother for him when he arrives at yrs of discretion.
     To my grand child Joyce Peters £10.
     My exors to hold my lands of Laurencetowne, my part of Donoure, situtate in barony of Kells, co. Meath, in trust for my eldest son William Williams for his life; remr to my grandson William Williams eldest son of my said son William and his heirs male, remr to my grandson Joseph Williams second son of my eldest son Wm. and his heirs male; remr to the heirs of my son Wm. Williams, remr to my second son John Williams for life, remr to my grandson John Williams eldest son of my second son John and his heirs male; remr to the heirs of my son John; remr to my third son Henry Williams for life and then his heirs; remr to my fourth son Thomas Williams for life, and then his heirs; remr to my fifth son Phillipp Williams for life and then his heirs; remr to my own right heirs.
     My estate in my part of Lackmelih, my part of the lands of Kells, the lands of Tertarny Fartagh, the Goale, my part of Shane, and my part of the lands of Corboggy in the barony of the Kells, co. Meath to my said exors in trust for my second son John Williams for life, remr to my grandson John Williams, eldest son of my second son John and his heirs, remr to my third son Henry Williams and his heirs; remr to my fourth son Thomas Williams and his heirs; remr to my fifth son Phillipp Williams and his heirs; remr to my own right heirs.
     My title to the lands of Killnehenish and Coniglagh alias Quigalagh in the barony of Kells, co.
