(which I hold by lease from Mr. Crofton of Mohell, deced). To hold to my said nephew Arthur Brock for life, after his death to Arthur Brock his elder son and my godson.

   My said nephew Arthur Brock to pay out of the first years rents due out of Cloonsheron and Aghnaskeagh the sum of £20 to Mrs Elizabeth Black of Keinagh, widow due by me to her by bond, to be paid the first year after my decease.

   To my well beloved nephew Thomas Leviston and his heirs £10 to be paid to him by my nephew Arthur Brock out of said lands to be paid in the 2nd year after my decease.

   To my beloved niece Shusanna Roseingrave and her heirs £10 to be paid as aforesaid in the third year.

   To my daughter Jane Wattson wife to Richard Wattson £10 to be paid as aforesaid in the fourth year; and if Richard Wattson should die before that time then same to be paid to said Jane Wattson.

   My said nephew to pay to my daughter Elizabeth Brock now attending me for her services and tender care of me this some years part £10 in like manner in the 3rd year, provided said Elizabeth Brock marry a Protestant, if she marry a Baptist she is to forfeit same which I give to said Shusanna Rosingrave.

   To my two nephews Arthur Brock and Thomas Leviston my title to my profits in the town of Longford equally excepting that part in lease to Mr. Wattson, provided Mr. Wattson during his lease there of shall build on the premises as Coll: Caff shall direct.

    I appoint Mr Fansten Cuppaidge of Longford and Mr. Alexander Brock of Kilbride, both in co. Longford, to be exors.

Prerogative Will:

   John Woodward of city of Dublin; Esq.
   To my exors the lands and premises of Aghavanna, co. Wicklow, and my title theerto and all my real and personal estate whatsoever upon trust to sell same, and out of the proceeds to pay to Henry Hatch Esq. and Edward Curade, gent. The sum of £1,300 secured to them by deed of mortgage charged on said lands of Aughavan and executed by me and others on 25 Sept. 1725; and also a bond to secure said debt; and out of the residue of said proceeds, first to pay my debts, then to invest same upon security to be approved
