Pg. 76 James Beatty Prerogative Wills

James Beatty of the city of Londonderry, Merchant

To Wm. Lynn Smyth of the city of Derry, merchant, all my goods,
household furniture, stock-in-trade, and property whatsoever, in trust
to convert same into cash and apply the interest thereof for the use
of my sister, Anna Baker for her life free from the control of her
husband and after her death to pay said interest to Frederick
Walter Baker (son of said Anna Baker) till he is 21 and then
he is to have the principal; and should F.W. Baker die then same
to my right heirs.

I appoint said Wm. Lynn Smith and Anna Baker erors. as
guardians for said Frederick Walter Baker.

Londerderry one of the exors. saving the right of Anna
Baker, the other exor.
