   Ardaghy, and that part of the lands of Drumbarrow usually considered part of said lands of Mulylnahinch, all situate in co. Fermanagh, and all my farm stock theras for her life (except the year old bullocks which I leave to my son Robert Beatty), and also leave to my said wife Margaret Beatty my furniture and household linens &c. in my dwelling house in Mullynahench and Ardaghy, and said part of Drumbarrow, and said goods to my son Robert, and the rent of Mullynahench and Ardoghy to be paid according to the lease I have for same from the late Dr. Madden.
   To my said son Robert Beatty my interest in the lands of Drumadegary co. Monaghan which I hold by lease from Lord Dacre, also the tate of land called Coolasona
In which I include that part of Drumbarrow usually considered part of the lands of Coolasona, and the farm stock on sd lands also my three farms or mountain barrs in co. Fermanagh called Corbane, Corinshago and Graghoverin; also my interest in the lands of Roslea which I hold in common with Mr. Alex. Presho; and also leave to him the sum of £400.
   To my daughter Catherine Whitsett wife to Benjamin Whitsett £77 above the £150 I provided for her on her marriage.
   To my two daughters Frances Mary Beatty and Elizabeth Beatty £227 each upon marriage and then interest there of at 5% till married, and my wife to maintain them.
   To James Graham of Carrick McCusher £6 to be paid him by James Graham of Clones out of money he owes me.
   My wife Margaret Beatty and my son Robert Beatty to be residuary legatees and my son Robert to be exor.

Prerogative Will:
John Beatty of Spring Park, co. Longford, Esq..
I confirm my marriage settlement with my dear wife Margaret Beatty alias Mcally giving her £100 a year charged on my Lands.
   To my eldest daughter Isabella Beatty my house and demesne of Spring Park containing about 40 acres for her sole use.
   To my said dau. Isabella, and my other three daus. Margaret Beatty, Eleanor Beatty and Mary Beatty the remainder of my estate real and freehold equally, and if any one die unmarried share to survivor; and should my eldest dau Isabella Beatty die unm. Spring Park to go to my second dau.
