That by account 20 July 1725 John Woodward got the loan of ƒ14-8/9 and a further loan of ƒ40 from Plt. That by deed 11 June 1724, Edward Preston and Jane his wife in conson (sic) of ƒ175 mortgaged to Plt. 7 houses in White Lyon Court, Strand street (sic) and Capel Street; to secure sd debt they also on 11 Dec. 1719 executed a penal bond of ƒ350 to Plt. That by deed 27 Feb 1724 Edward Preston and Jane his wife in conson (sic) of ƒ16 mortgaged to Plt. 2 houses in Capel Street & 2 houses in Coles Alley and Meath Street, and 3 houses in White Lyon Court, with a penal bond for ƒ32. That by deed 21 Jan 1725 Edward Preston and Jane his wife in conson (sic) of ƒ80 conveyed to Thomas Green, junior (Plts son) in trust for Plt did absolutely convey their title to aforesaid premises to Thos. Green junior in trust for Plt. That by deed 14 July 1724 Wm Blakely & Margaret his wife, in conson (sic) of ƒ150 mortgaged to Plt. their title to aforesaid premises, and gave a bond of equal date to Plt. in penalty of ƒ300. That by deed 18 Aug. 1726 Wm Blakely & Margaret his wife in conson (sic) of ƒ115 mortgaged to Thomas Green, junior in trust for Plt. their title to afsd (sic) premises & gave a penal bond. That by deed 5 Sept 1724 Wheeler Woodward in conson (sic) of ƒ25 mortgaged to Plt. his interest in said first recited premises & gave a penal bond for ƒ50. That by deed 21 April 1726 Wheeler Woodward in conson of ƒ20 mortgaged to Thomas Green, junior (Plt’s son) in trust for Plt. his title to a double house in White Lyon Court. That John Woodward has since died intestate leaving Lally Woodward his only son a minor, & admon of his goods have been gtd (sic) to George White of Dublin. That Elizabeth Woodward has married Samuel Paul of Dublin, cabinet maker. That Plt. has frequently applied to John Woodward (while alive) & told Geo White his admor (sic), & to sd Edwd Woodward, Deborah his wife, Samuel Paul, Elizabeth his wife to repay said sums amounting in the whole to ƒ600; ƒ300 of which still remains due to Plt. together with ƒ54 interest. But now sd Edwd Woodward, Deborah his wife, Samuel Paul, Elizabeth his wife, George White, Wheeler Woodward, Richard Woodward, Lally Woodward, Wm Blakely, Margaret his wife, Edward Preston & Jane his wife, do refuse to come to account with Plt. Bill entered 16 Feb. 1735.
