Edward Preston and Jane his wife of the one part; and Thomas Quinn of Dublin, Ald. of the other part; whereby in conson (sic) of ƒ300 to Charles Ward paid, and ƒ50 paid to Edwd (sic) Woodward and Deborah his wife, Wm Guttery, Wm Blakely and Margaret his wife and Edward Preston and Jane his wife, pd (sic) by sd Thomas Quinn, they assigned to him in trust for Anne (sic)Purejoy??, a minor, all the aforesaid premises, but subject to promise of redemption of ƒ300. That by ???? deed dated 28 March 1719, between said Thomas Quin of the 1st part, Thomas Twigg of Dublin, Esq. with whom said Ann (sic) Purejoy? had married of 2nd part, said Edward Woodward, Deborah his wife, John Woodward, Wheeler Woodward, Wm Blakely, Margaret his wife, and Edward Preston & Jane his wife of the 3rd part, and Plt. of the 4th part; whereby in conson (sic) of ƒ 350 paid by Plt. (with the consent of Thos Twigg) to Thomas Quin, and of a further sum of ƒ50 paid to Edward Woodward, Deborah his wife, John Woodward, Wheeler Woodward, Elizabeth Woodward, Wm Blakely, Margaret his wife, Edward Preston and Jane his wife, he Thos. Quin assigned to Plt. all sd premises, subject to provisoe of redemption of ƒ448. That sd John Woodward and Elizabeth Woodward surviving grandchildren of John Wheeler by his dau. Deborah, who were living at time John Wheeler died have since attained their age of 21. That said Edward Woodward who was also living at time John Wheeler died is since dead in his minority, intestate. That Thomas Woodward also died in minority and said Richard surviving his brother the title to said two houses devised to them by the will of Grace Wheeler became solely vested in Richard who has since attained the aged of 21. That Grace Blakely has died intestate and without issue and her father has taken out letters of admin to her and her legacy is vested in him. That Edward Woodward son to Edward and Deborah has also died intestate and in minority and without issue and said Edwd Woodward his father has taken out letters of admon to him. That sd Edwd Woodward, Deborah his wife, John Woodward, Wheeler Woodward, Elizabeth Woodward, Wm Blakely, Margaret his wife, Edward Preston and Jane his wife, the letter to secure ƒ400 and interest thereon to Plt. became bond in a penalty bond for ƒ800 to Plt. bearing equal date with sd deed (viz: 28 March 1719) on which bond judgement was entered in Trinity term 1724. That by deed dated 3 Oct. 1719 Edward Woodward, Deborah his wife, Wm Blakely, Margaret his wife, Edward Preston, Jane his wife, John Woodward, Wheeler Woodward and Elizabeth Woodward, assigned aforesaid premises to Ralph Darling of Dublin, Clke, subject to Plt’s mortgage thereon. That John Woodward by deed 29 Feb 1723 in conson (sic) of ƒ26 mortgaged to Plt. a house in Coles Alley, executing at same time a penal bond for ƒ50. That on 14 April 1725 John Woodward for ƒ 35 further mortgaged to Plt. 3 houses in White Lyon Court and one house in Black Lyon Court, also one house in Coles Alley. That by deed dated 14 April 1725 John Woodward in conson (sic) of ƒ35 paid to him by Francis Green (late decd son of Plt.) in trust for Plt mortgaged
