of said Edmond Beatty, situated in the town of Cavan aforesaid, bounded on the North by Robert Arskin's tenant, South of Patrick Cahill's tenement, and East by Thomas Fleming's Hill parks, and on West to the High's street, together with appurtenances thereunto belonging. To hold for the lives of Isaac Herdman of Heathstown, Co. Westmeath, weaver, Elenor Herdman, daughter of said Isaac, and of said Hannah Beatty, and of the survivor of them, at £17 rent, with covenant of renewal for ever on fine of £2-7/6.
   Said Lease and this memorial witnessed by Edmond Beatty, the younger, William Beatty, and John Henry, all of Town Cavan, Co. Cavan, gents.
   Edmond Beatty the younger swears as testimony before Will. Scott on circuit 14 March 1771.

Memorial of Deed dated 24 June 1770 whereby Edmond  Beatty the elder of the town and Co. of  Cavan, gent. for consideration therein mentioned assigned to Hannah Beatty, of said town and Co. of Cavan, spinster, only daughter of said Edmond, all the plate, household goods, cattle, and other effects belonging to said Edmond Beatty in or about the dwelling house and concerns where he then dwelt in the town of Cavan, Co. Cavan, as set out in a schedule annexed to said deed. To Hold for her & her heirs forever.
   Said deed and this memorial witnessed by John Henry and Edmond Beatty the younger, both of town & Co. of Cavan, gents.
   Edmond Beatty junior swears 14 March 1771 before Will Scott on circuit.

   Memorial of Lease and Release dated 26 and 27 Nov. 1770 whereby Edmond Beatty the elder of the town and Co. of Cavan, gent. for consideration therein mentioned, assigned to Hannah Beatty of said town and Co. of Cavan, spinster, only daughter to said Edmond, the house and tenant then in possession of said Hannah Beatty, situated in the town of Cavan, bounded on the North of Robert Arskins' tenenant, on South by Patrick Cahill's tenement, and East of Thomas Fleming's hill park, on West by the High Street. To Hold as by a rented lease under which said Edmond Beatty held the premises for the heirs of Isaac Herdman, Elinor Herdman, daughter of said Isaac and of said Hannah Beatty, and survivor of them, under the rents therein mentioned.
