Beatty West, and others, in which Robert Beatty of Corry, co. Longford, gent, shows that on 9 Sept. 1809, he had filed his bill in this Hon. Court, agst Frances West, Elizabeth his wife, McVitty Moore, and Frances his wife, Rev. George Crawford, Clk, John West, then a minor, Elizabeth Beatty, then a spinster, and Margaret Davys, widow. Elizabeth Beatty since 1809 intermarried with Frances Beatty.
          8. The statement that Robert Beatty who m Anne Rosborough, was a son of George, is on the authority of Miss West, a descendant of Georges' daughter, Mrs. West. Very possibly if their Robert was identical with Robert Beatty of Corry co., Longford, who on 9 Sept. 1809 brought an Exchequer Bill against Francis B. West and others, that Bill will settle the point. Miss West states that his mother was Mary, dau. of Wm. Beatty. Mrs. Robert Beatty's half sister was Mrs. Swanzy.
          9. Died Feb. 1 1805, aged 75 George Beatty, Esq. of Fermog (sic) co. Longford, in Ireland (Gents. Mag.) "Married 30 Nov. 1775 at Longford, George Beatty of Lesmore, Esq. to Miss St. Maurice (London Magazine, Irish Chronologer.)
