Dublin Will

Rachael Parsons of the Blackrock, widow

To Mr. William Dawson of Great Georges Street, Dublin, grocer, all my household furniture and effects whatsoever at the Blackrock, also my interest in a house in Peter Street, Dublin, on trust that he shall out of all my effects (except said house in Peter Street) pay my debts, and the profits out of said house in Peter Street shall be paid to my daughter Mary Beaty alias Parsons for her own and distinct from her husband William Beaty and her husband William Beaty’s receipt shall not be a discharge for said profit, and should my daughter Mary Beaty die before my grand-daughter Rachael Beaty attains 21 that said profit out of the house in Peter Street shall be applied to maintain and educate my grand-daughter Rachael Beaty till she is 21 and should she die under 21 said house in Peter Street is to go to the children of my brother Zacariah Brown of Dublin, shaymaker (or staymaker), with my other effects, equally among them. To my said trustee Wm. Dawson 10 guineas and appoint him excr.

     On 28 July 1772 Wm. Dawson the excr was sworn to execute the will, testator having died 24th inst, and Probate gtd him 6 Aug 1772.

     Plaintiffs William Beaty of Balnamallard, co. Fermanagh, gent, and John Beaty of Aughinver, co. Fermanagh, gent. shew. That William Connolly late of the City of Dublin, Esq., dec’d, being seized of fee of the Manor of Newportan, co. Fermanagh, and particularly of a house or tenement in said manor called Lyon’s tenement situate in the town of Ballnamallard, did in May 1752 by indenture to farm let to John Little of Sedair, co. Fermanagh, said house and garden for the lives of Susanna Noble, William Noble and Ann Little, and survivor of them at 20/ rent with covenant of renewal for ever. That John Little entered into possession of the premises till he died in 1762. That John Little made his will of which he appointed Rev. Anketell Montray and William Henderson, excts, who having renounced admin. was granted out of the diocese of Clogher to Margaret Little his widow, who by virtue thereof entered into possession of the said tenement and enjoyed same for some time. That Margaret Little by articles dated in 176[ ] demise it to John
