Armagh, Gent. for £150 a “plot of ground situate in the North west of ye Town of Newry aforesaid then in his possession containing in front eighty foot and extending backward to the millrace…north to Alexander Griffith’s tenement and on the south with John Rea’s tenement…held by lease from Robert Nedham the younger of Newry…for and during the natural lives of his present Majesty King George the second & of his Royal Highness Frederick Prince of Wales and also of his Royal Highness Prince William…” Witnesses: Daniel Kelly of Dawson’s Grove, Co.
