March 19, 1739. “A Memorial of a Quinquepartite deed Indented”…between the Rev. Thomas Green of Coghillstowne, Co. Meath, Clke of the 1st part; Edward Woodward of the city of Dublin Gent and Deborah Woodward otherwise Wheeler his wife on of ye daughters of Edward Wheeler late of the city of Dublin, bricklayer, deceased Samuel Paul of the City of Dublin Joyner and Elizabeth Paul otherwise Woodward his wife one of the daughters of the said Edward and Deborah his wife, DAVID BEATTY of the city of Dublin Cutler but then in foreign parts beyond the Seas and Mary Woodward otherwise Beatty his wife another of the daughters of the said Edward Woodward and Deborah his wife of the second part, Richard Woodward of the city of Dublin Joyner and one of the sons of the said Edward Woodward and Deborah his wife of the third part, Thomas Doyle of the city of Dublin, plumber of the 4th part and Wheeler Woodward of the City of Dublin joyner another of the sons of Edward Woodward and Deborah his wife of the fifth part. Samuel and Elizabeth Paul, Richard Woodward, and David and Mary Beatty “had agreed to release and quit all claim which they or any of them had or thereafter might have to the several houses and premises which by virtue of the said deed of division and last will of Grace Wheeler dec’d they would be intitled to after the decease of their mother Deborah Woodward…” Numerous properties in Dublin are mentioned. Witnesses: Francis Hopkins of the City of Dublin, Gent and Thomas Green the younger son of the Thomas Green. Memorial is also witnessed by Peter Coniff, servant to Luke O’Donnell of Winclaver Street, Dublin, merchant.
