December 11, 1744. Charles Beatty of the City of Dublin, Gent., Adm of the estate of John Chantry late of Glassneven [Glasnevin], Co. Dublin of the one part & Henry Cope of the City of Dublin of the 2nd part. On November 9, 1744 John Putland of the City of Dublin demised to Charles Beatty as Adm of John Chantry “the house called the LondonanaCabbin” containing about 2 acres of land in a lease of 18 years. At the time of his death John Chantry was indebted to Robert Wills and to several other persons. Charles Beatty sold the lease of the above land to Henry Cope to discharge John Chantry’s debts. Witnesses: James Flack of the City of Dublin, Gent and Edward Richardson of the City of Dublin, Esq. Registered December 12, 1744.
