October 12, 1733. Charles Beatty of the City of Dublin, apothecary granted to Hannibal Hall, of the city of Dublin “Chirurgeon” land in Dublin containing various tenements: house lately occupied by Ben Fuller, glover; house of Martha Yates, widow; house lately occupied by Bartholomew Rivers; house lately occupied Hannah Maddocks, widow; house lately occupied by Lawrence Coppings, merchant—all on the east side of Newroe in the suburbs of Dublin. Beatty also sells land on the northwest corner of St. Stephens Green near the city of Dublin, near the former Malligoe Lane, near houses built by William Brookin and land formerly in the possession of John Thornton, deceased. Beatty also sells land on the south side of Castle Street, in Dublin “commonly known by the signe of the Orange Tree” then occupied by Charles Lyon, merchant and bounded by William Sumners, merchant & Thomas Cookes house. Land is subject to the equity of redemption remaining to the Right Honorable Joshua Lord Viscount Allen.
