June 23, 1732. A quadrupartate deed of assignment between Charles Beatty of the city of Dublin, apothecary and Elizabeth Beatty alias Edgeworth his wife of the 1st part, Thomas Ashe of the city of Dublin of the 2nd part, Richard Edgeworth of Edgeworthstown, Co. Longford of the 3rd part and Frances Blake and Edwin Sandys of the city of Dublin of the 4th part. This deed is very similar to the other deeds between Charles and Elizabeth Beatty and contains a very complicated series of releases. Charles Beatty and wife Elizabeth Beatty transfer to Blake and Sandy land that had been mortgaged July 3, 1679 by John Edgeworth & Francis Edgeworth to Henry Gowlenson, merchant. For a description of the land see the deed in Volume 70, page 330. The land also appeared to be subject to several judgments made against John Edgeworth by Phillip Savage (deceased), Elizabeth Lyning (Court of Exchequer), and John Lyning (Court of Kings Bench).
