March 19, 1732. “Between Arthur Beaty (sic) of Farranseer in the County of Cavan Gent of the one part and John Beaty of Faranseer aforesaid in the said County of Cavan—son of the said Arthur Beaty of the other part by which said deed the sd Arthur Beaty in consideration of the sum of four hundred pounds ster to him paid by the sd John Beaty did bargain sell assign and make over unto the sd John Beaty one lease for three lives determinable of the town and lands of Farranseer in the parish of Killyshandra [Killashandra] and County of Cavan subject to the yearly rent of twenty four pounds ster a lease for about twenty years to come of the Towns & lands of Glanlosean in the parish of Kilmore & County of Cavan aforesaid at the yearly rent of twelve pounds ster and a lease for about ten years to come of the Towns and lands of Annagh in ye sd parish of Kilmore and county of Cavan at the yearly rent of eleven pounds sterling…” Witnesses: Edward Beatty of ???
