July 27, 1756; James Betty of Mackney, Parish of Kilskerry, Co. Tyrone leased to John Henderson, William Henderson, James Henderson, sons to the aforesaid John Henderson and William Henderson brother to the aforesaid John Henderson, all of Raharan, Co. Tyrone “all that part of the lands of ?? then in the possession of James Betty and his under tenants situate lying and being in the Barony of Omagh and County of Tyrone..” Lease for “the natural life and lives of Guy Betty, Thos. Betty and James Betty sons to the said James Betty or the longest liver of them or for the space of fifty nine years which ever should last longest…” Witnesses: James Blair, John Irvine, William Blair, and James Irvine all of the parish of Clogher, Co. Tyrone. Memorial also witnessed by Edward Morris of Omagh, Co. Tyrone. Registered February 6, 1764.
