November 23, 1765. Andrew Lewson of the parish of Derryaghy, Co. Antrim, yeoman and Henry Betty of Lisburn, Co. Antrim, linendraper conveyed to James Hogg of Lisburn, linendraper the farm land “called part Killmakee” containing about 40 acres and lying in the parish of Derryaghy, manor of Derryvolga & county of Antrim. Lease for the “remainder of the term of years in said deed named in which deed are contained a Covt. Of Redemption upon payment of said sum of one hundred and ten pounds.” Witnesses: Sam Heron, Lisburn, Co. Antrim, Gent & John Mackey, Clke
