June 30, 1766. Thomas Beatty, John Beatty & Martha Beatty all of Ballymulderrigmore, Co. Londonderry demised to James Semple of Aghagas, Co. Londonderry “land in Ballymulderrig aforesaid then lately possessed by Ralph Beatty and commonly called an known by the name of Donnellye” containing 16 acres. Lease for 29 years. Rent to be paid to Thomas, John & Martha Beatty. Witnesses: Ezekiel Richardson of Magherafelt, Co. Londonderry, schoolmaster; John Staunton of the same place, innkeeper and Joseph Warden of Castle Dawson, Linen draper. Registered November 12, 1766.
