“A Memorial of a Deed of assignment of a Mortgage made ye Thirty first day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & fifty six between James Beatty of Shishkill (?) in ye Co. of Fermanagh of sd 1st part John Forster of Carrickmacoster in sd Co. of ye second part & Wm Watkins of Derrybroske in ye sd co. of the third part.” Wm. Watkins paid £300 to James Beatty “through the hands of ye said John Forster” for the lands of Carrickmacoster, Killroweenduff, Kilbrononenbanes Esbrally, all in County of Fermanagh. Witnesses: George Armstrong of Fanicakey, William Graham of Derryhillagh, and Thomas Noble of Poleagh, all of County Fermanagh. Registered April 21, 1758 |
