September 13, 1754. “Between Henry Betty of the Parish of Ballinderry & Co. of Antrim Farmer of the one part & James Douglass of Magheralin and Co. of Down Merchant of the other part wherein it is recited that the Rt Honorable Thos. Lord Baron Conway and Killullagh did by deed of lease dated the eighteenth day of February one thousand seven hundred forty two for the considerations therein mentioned demise to the said Henry Betty his heirs Exrs, Admrs all that and those the Farm Tenement & parcel of land called part Mullaglass & Drumankelly containing by estimation three hundred and seventy three acres & three roods English measure be the same more or less late in the possession of Henry Clofe and partners situate in the parish of Derryaghy, manor of Killultagh & Co. of Antrim aforesaid with the appurtenances for the lives of Henry Betty & Martha Betty son & daughter of the said Henry and Robert McKnight son of Robert McKnight late of the parish of Ballinderry…” Proviso of redemption. Witnesses: Hath. Macoun of Magheralin Co. of Down, Weaver & Joseph McCartney of Magheralin, Co. Down. Memorial is witnessed by Henry Magill of Tullycam, Co. Down, Gent. Registered April 19, 1755.
