A Memorial of Deed of Lease and release bearing date respectively the ninth and tenth days of July in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and thirty between George Betty and Charles Betty both of Tullycussinbeg [Tullycusheen Beg] in the county of Sligoe [Sligo] Gent. of the one part & John Irwin of Torregoe in the county of Sligoe Esq’r of the other part. Bgn (?) which said Deed the said George Betty and Charles Betty for and in the consideration of the sum of twenty pounds ster. in the said release mentioned Did grant bargain sell Remise Release and confirm unto the said John Irwin all that and those the half quarter of land of Tullcussinbegg situate lying and being in the Barony of Liny [Leyny] and County of Sligoe aforesaid with all the Rights members privileges advantages, emoluments, appendances and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders rents issue & profits of all and singular the said premises and every part & parcel thereof and all the right Title Claim Interest and Demand whatsoever of them the said George Betty and Charles Betty either in law or in equity of in or to the said premises or any part or parcel thereof to have and to hold all and singular the premises with the appurtenances unto the said John Irwin and his heirs and to the issue and behoof of him the said John Irwin his heirs and assigns for ever with several other clause and covenants in such deeds usual (?) and are witnessed by Rich’d Evelyn of the City of Dublin & Henry Mara (?) of the Towne & County of Sligoe and this Mem’l is witnessed by the said Henry Mara and Jones Irwin of Carronnavorane in the County of Sligoe Gent. – John Irwin (Seal).
