Longford, Gent the lands of Coolarty (214 acres profitable), the lands of Largan (22 acres profitable), lands of Muckersass (114 acres profitable), all in the Manor of Moate and Barony of Granard, Co. Longford. Mining rights were reserved for Robert Percival & John McCaints with “liberty to dig breakup & carry away the same.” Witnesses: John Burrows, Gent & Edward Sterling Pub Not both of the City of Dublin.
