May 1, 1737. Memorial of Indented Deed. “Between Cairnes Wrightson of the town and county of Monaghan Gent. and Robert Law of the City of Dublin Gent. Adm. Exr of the Goods & Chattles of Aldbrough Wrightson late of Town of Monaghan aforesaid Gent. of the one part and Jno Beatty of the town and county of Monaghan aforesaid Gent of the other part. Reciting that whereas Jeremiah Law late of the city of Dublin Gent on behalf of himself & his two brothers George and Robert Law of the said city Gent….by articles dated the 26 day of November one thousand seven hundred & thirty did demise and sett unto the sd Cairnes Wrightson, in Trust to and for the only use and benefit of his father the aforesaid Aldbrough Wrightson, deceased…all that part of the lands of Annahagh in Sev’l Parks with the Orchard Garden and houses thereupon as it was shewn to the Cairnes Wrightson and lately in the possession of the said Jeremiah Law, Stephen Anderson and Henry Belfore..” about 56 acres with a 31 year lease of £20. “Reciting that the said Aldbragh is since dead & that Adm of all & sing. His good & chattels is granted to said Cairnes Wrightson his eldest son & Robert Law..” they transfer the lands to John Beatty for £22-15/-. John Beatty reassigned his interest in the lands to Cairnes Wrightson. Registered July 12, 1742.
