John Beaty of the Town & Co. of Monaghan, Gent sold to Francis Ellis of same, merchant for Ł200 the “Lands of Tullygoniell, Mullitmere & Mulloughinshegah with the Mountain Barrs thereunto belonging situate in the Parish of Tidawned [Tedavnet] of County of Monaghan” with a lease for 21 years made to John Beatty by John Lord Bishop of Clogher. Proviso of redemption. Witnesses: Brabz’n Noble of the city of Dublin, Gent & Alexander Henry of Knockreagh, Co. Monaghan. Memorial witnessed by Hugh Finegan of the City of Dublin, Gent.
