to buy mourning for her; and to Humphrey Aldridge Woodward of Dublin, ??, £20 yearly being a yearly sum provided for my said step-dau. by her marriage settlement and certain houses in Abbey Street, Dublin, and which I purchased during the life of her husband, the same to be in trust for the sole use of said Mary Houghton during the joint lives of her and her husband John Houghton and no longer.
I appoint said Humphrey Aldridge Woodward and Robert Dey (?) of the city of Dublin pub. Not. to be exe’rs; and further appoint them with said Olivia Beatty to be guardians of my said grandchildren.

Plaintiffs: David Beatty, Robert Beatty, Frederick Beatty, minors under 21 by Olivia Beatty, widow, their mother shew. That Edward Beatty late of Dublin, merchant, grandfather to Plts. being seized of premises hereafter mentioned and of considerable personal property and having survived his son David father to the Plts, made his will dated 20 January 1794 by which he, [??Latin term], bequeathed to Thomas Bell of Dublin, Esq. that estate called Glynn or the Glynn estate Co. Wexford, purchased by him from George Ogle, Esq. and all his interest therein on trust to suffer his eldest grandson Edward Beatty (who is eldest brother to Plts) to have the profits thereof for life, then to his eldest son in tail male; remainder to his second grandson Thomas Beatty (second brother to Plts); remainder to Plt. David Beatty; remainder to Plt, Robert Beatty; remainder to Plt, Frederick Beatty; and said testator Edward Beatty also devised to said Thomas Bell his estate and lands in Co.
