Exors and devised to them all my estate share and share alike. I do hereby declare it my will and hereby order that said John Beatty's children by my cousin, Sophia Beatty, alias Gilmer, dec'd. shall be entitled to what I left to said John Beatty and do appoint Rev. John Maxwell of Falkland trustee for said children and John Beatty is only to be entitled to the interest in order to maintain said children during their minority. Admin. of the goods of David Habbert late of Killashanbally, Parish of Aghalurcher, Co. Fermanagh, dec'd., granted  16 May, 1746 to Jane Habbert, his widow.

   332. Will of Thomas Burnich of Tattenaheglish,  parish of Aghalurcher, Co. Fermanagh. To
be buried in the churchyard of Fivemile Town. On the marriages of my three sons, viz: Abraham, Robert and James I gave to each of  them £80 and some furniture which being all paid only half the lease or deed of Tattenaheglish which my son Abraham got it the value of £20, and the lease of Anaghs which I give to James at £40. The residue of my substance equally to my said three sons, Abraham, Robert and James, only my household furniture to my son Robert at the value of £15 out of his part providing Mr. Henry Brooke, Esq. give him this part of my farm, if not sd household furniture to my son James at £15 value providing he get the farm out of his part, and if any controversy be between my said three sons, it is to be determined by Edward Noble and Wm. Graham and Henry Brooke, Esq. I appoint my said three sons, Abraham, Robert and James exors. In witness 26 January 1750 [-1]                Thomas Burnich

   368. Will of William Johnston of the town of Clones, Co. Monaghan, inn keeper.
To be buried in churchyard of Clones. What remains after my debts are paid I leave same for my beloved wife
Patience Johnston and my four sons John Johnston, Thomas Johnston, William Johnston and Lancelot Johnston, viz: one fifth part to each of my said wife and 4 sons, and the interest thereof to be applied to educate my sons till they are 21. Also to my said beloved wife the park I hold from Thomas Lennard Barrett, Esq. during her widowhood and if she shall marry again, same to my son John Johnston. To my father William Johnston my clothes. I appoint Mr. James Beatty of Clones, Co. Monaghan, merchant, and Mr. John Johnston of Killrusky, Co. Fermanagh, to be exrs.    386. Will of  Benjamin Ray of Killarbran , parish of Aghualurcher, Co. Fermanagh.
To be buried in the churchyard of Aughera. To my beloved wife Mary half my substance and the other half to my beloved son George together with my holding of the lands of Killarbran. Appoint my uncle James Betty and my cousin Robert Ray exers. In witness18th Oct. 1746.
