   Mary Betty, widow, John Betty, and Rowland Betty, all of Aghnocloy, Tyrone, bond to John Bp. of Clogher, in £500 on 21 July 1808, condition of bond that said Mary Betty the widow of and legatee named in the will of Rowland Betty late of Drumuckalawney Co., Fermanagh, Diocese Clogher, will faithfully admr.

Condition of bond that said James Beatty, the brother of and next of kin of Hugh Beatty late of Tullycooragh, Parish. Muckno, Co. Monaghan, dio. Clogher, farmer, dec'd, shall faithfully admr.

Dromore Will: -
   David Beatie of  "Crevetenan"(looks like Cuorknan ? Crevekenan--PC)
   I leave, after my debts and funeral are paid, to my son-in-law John Morris, my son John Beatie, and my son-in-law Hugh Mcullough, each an English Crown, and also to my six grand children by my daughter Ann Mcullough, alias Beatie 10/~each to be paid to them by my son Walter Beatie, whom I appoint sole exor.
   I ratify and confirm a settlement made in the year 1729 between my son Walter and myself leaving to him (after my debts and legacies are paid) all the remainder of my goods and chattels.
   In witness whereof 20 Nov. 1733.
   Before signing to my daughter Ann a Moydore (?) to buy a suit of mourning.
