by him to have been made by his father Andrew Armstrong on 21 Feb. 1716 [7] whereby £18 a year is only devised to Plt. for life, and £200 to Mary plts eldest daughter to whom £800 was devised by the later concealed will:  That Warneford Armstrong has prevailed on Edward Dudgeon, Richard Dudgeon, John Armstrong and Thomas Armstrong to conceal the last will from Plt. and the rest of her children, whereby greater provisions are made by testator for her and them than by said  will so set up by Plts said son as the last will of his father, and does possess himself under colour of probate thereof as exor to his father to all the assets he can find and discover belonging to his father, and disposes of same as he thinks fit without accounting to Plt. and the rest of her children or even allowing for any greater shares than in said protected will of 21 Feb. 1716 [17].  Prays that writ may be grd agst Warneford Armstrong, Richard Dudgeon, Edward Dudgeon, John Armstrong and Thomas Armstrong, to answer in the premises

Dublin Will

Richard Dudgeon of the city of Dublin; brewer
      To my dearest brother James Dudgeon's daughter £100 to be invested till she is 10, then the interest to be used for her maintenance and she to get the principal when 21 or m.
      To my mother, Margaret Clark alias Dudgeon £12 per ann. for her life and on my said mothers death exors to pay £100 to such uses as my mother shall direct.
      To my nephew Richard Dudgeon £100 to be invested for him till he is 21 or married.
      To my niece Elizabeth Dudgeon £100 in like manner.
      To my sister Jane Foerter's children £100 each when respectively 21 or married, same to be invested for them and paid to my said sister for maintenance of her said children till they are of age or married.
      To my sister Mary McCullogh's children £100 each in like manner when 21 or m.
      To my sister Jane Foester £7 yearly for life after all children are 21, and also the likes sum of £7 yearly to my sister Mary McCullogh.
      To my aunt Jane Craford and her children £30.
      To my counsin Margrat Hamilton alias Roark and her children £20
      To Nicholas Scott 10 years ground rent of his holding from me in Ramsford street
      To the poor inhabitants of parish of St. Catherin £ 10
      Residue of my substance whatsoever to my loving brother Edward Dudgeon whom I appoint sole exor.

Probate gtd 21 October 1720 to Edward Dudgeon.
Endorsed : Edward Dudgeon, Ald. Plt, Mark Ramsford and other Defts.  This will was exhibited to Paul Espinasse upon whom his examination in this cause.
