Octavias O'Brien, solicitor, 47 Fleet Street, Dublin.

& Probate of the will of Thomas Beatty, formerly of Nanau Street, Dublin and later of Sion, Co. Wexford, Esq., deceased, granted to David Beatty of Heathfield and David Beatty of Rorodale, both in Co. Wexford and Richard Seymour Guinness of 26 South Frederick Street, Dublin, the executors 6 Sept. 1851.

* This must be a clerical error for “Rorodale” when drawing up the will, as it is clear testator intended David Beatty of Rorodale to be trustee for this trust fund. [Note by Philip Crosslé.]
