Probate of the will of John Beaty, dec’d, gtd to Martin Armstronge, one of the exers (saving the right of John Beaty, the other exor) dated 20 Dec. 1681.

Prerogative Grants: --

Commission gtd to swear Robert Armstrong, gent., brother of Martin Armstrong, late of Killaconkell, Co. Leytrim, Esq., dec’d, intestate, (to admr the goods of sd dec’d for his own use as well for the use of Jennett Armstrong his widow, she having renounced her right to admr) directed to Robert Sanderson, Esq., William Ellet and Daniel Armstrong, gents., dated 5 April 1693.
Admon of the goods of Martin Armstrong late of Killacankill, co. Leytrim, Esq., deceased, intestate, gtd to Robert Armstrong of Watlebridge, co. Fermanagh, gent., his brother, as well for his own use as for Jennett Armstrong, widow of said decd, she having renounced her right to admr, dated 17 June 1693.

Prerogative Grants:

Admon of the goods of Thomas Armstrong late of Endrim, Kings Co., gent., dec’d intestate, gtd to Andrew Armstrong of Derrinlogh, said co., gent., his son (George Lawder of Killegally, said co., principal creditor of said dec’d having formerly obtained letters of admon of sd dec’d, having renounced) dated 3 Nov. 1692.
Mar. Lic. Joseph Woodward of Drumbarrow, parish of Kells, co. Meath, Esq., and Elizabeth Ward of the parish of St. Katherine, Dublin, widow, directed to Rev. Thomas Chambre, Clke, dated 17 May 1694.

Prerogative Will:

Joseph Woodward of Coghillstown, co. Meath
I desire my dear and beloved brother Benjamin Woodward may have and enjoy my lands of Coghillstown, co. Meath in the barony of Navan, at the expiration of Hugh Lowther’s lease thereof which I heretofore made to him.
I desire my dear and beloved sister Abigail Lowther shall enjoy all ready money and other effects whatsoever she paying to my dear and beloved friend Hester Lowther 20 guineas.
In witness whereof 23 July 1745

On 21 Nov. 1747 Hugh Lowther swears to the handwriting of testator and to the validity of the will it not having been witnessed.
Hugh Lowther, husband to Abigail Lowther, sister to Joseph Woodward late of Coghillstown, co. Meath; dec’d, sworn to execute the above will on 21 Nov. 1747. Penalty £500.
