Prerogative Grant:
Probate of the will of John Betty, late of Cartown, county Kildare, deceased, granted to George Betty, brother of said deceased, and one of the legatees in said will named; Marcus Travare? one of the executors named being dead, and Laurence Chamberlain and Christopher FitzSimons the other executors having renounced. Dated 12 June 1738.

(134) Prerogative Grant:
Letters of Tutelage of the person, goods, and portions of Mary Beatty, a minor, lawful niece and next of kin named in the last will of Isabella Beatty, late of the city of Dublin, spinster, deceased, granted to William Grove of the city of Dublin, tutor and guardian assigned to said minor. Dated 13 May 1746. [N.B. There is no will of Isabella Beatty in the Prerogative collection, but there is a Prerogative Cause Paper:' Isabella Beatty. 1747."

(134) Prerogative Grant. Admon of the goods of Charles Beaty late of the city of Dublin, deceased, intestate, granted to Robert Beaty of Springtown, county Longford, gent., Elizabeth Beaty the widow of said deceased having by writing first renounced. Dated 18 June 1747.

Prerogative Will:
Edward Brock of the city of Dublin, carpenter. To be buried in St. Warburghs churchyard as my dear wife shall think fit.
After my debts are paid the overplus of the yearly rents of my estates to my dear and loving wife Mary Brock, and also all my plate, household goods, linen and furniture whatsoever, and also my interest in the house called "The Ram" in Capel? Street, Dublin, and the house next adjoining (which I formerly gave to my daughter Mary Williams) the rents thereof be disposed of by my wife for the benefit of my said daughter Mary and her children.
To my daughter Sarah Fade my interest in the Mill and other holdings in Brides Alley formerly bought by me for my daughter Fade, she to deliver up to my wife all bonds she has of mine to be cancelled and also to my said daughter Sarah Fade my interest in the houses in Essex Street, Dublin, which I formerly gave her and afterwards bought of the sheriffs of Dublin. (Viz: the house known by the sign of "The King on Horseback" the house next it and the house wherein Mr Bushell now dwells), and all writings relating to said concerns in Bride's Alley and Essex Street to be delivered to my said daughter Fade. To my brother John Brock's widow 5 pounds.
To my nephew John Brock 50 pounds when he has served his apprenticeship.
To the poor 10 pounds as my wife shall desire.
To Rev. Mr. Joseph Boyse and Mr Thomas Emlin? 20/- yearly so long as either shall be ministers of the congregation now meeting in Wood Street; and also 20/- yearly to Rev Mr Nathaniel Weld while
