     To my brother James Bety 2 bullocks of 2 years old.
     Peter Lug~e is indebted to me for aquavite 11/3.
     James Ma Vitie is indebted to me 9/- or 6 pecks of salt.
     I am indebted unto Charles Balfoure for a half year’s rent £3-1/4.
     What more belongs to me I leave it to my son John Bety, also I leave to my son John Bety to sue for all the debts hat are owing me.
     To my son John Bety 17/- which John Wamsely is indebted to me.

     This will is accompanied with a copy on which the further probate appears. Probate granted to John Bety son of and principal legatee named in the will of George Bety, late of the town of [left blank] in the parish of [left blank], co. Fermanagh, diocese of Clogher, decd [not dated. Endorsed to the effect that this is a true copy of the will of:] “Geo. Beaty 1664.”
     The original will bears the following endorsements:
     “George Beatty’s will 1665.”
     “George Bettyes will 1665.”
     “Geo. Beaty probate.”

Clogher Will:

     Thomas Betty of Ardregoul (Adrigole)
     I leave Chancellor Nixon exor and order he shall pay my debts out of my substance and as he shall think fit shall dispose of what shall remain to my wife and children, but I desire he be particularly kind to my three youngest children who are least able to provide for themselves and in distributing my substance he will give the largest proportion to them.

     In witness whereof 4 9ber (Crossle says Nov., but I would believe perhaps Sept.) 1713.

     On 26 May 1714 at Clownish the Rev. John Cranston and John Tynan swear to the validity of the will before W: Smith; and admor gtd to Rev. Adam Nixon to faithfully execute the will before W: Smith.
     Margaret Betty widow seeking to have admor gtd to her of the written will of her husband Thomas Betty late of Adregoul (Adrigole), co. Fermanagh, farmer, decd, of which will Rev. Adam Nixon was named exor and who has since died leaving goods unadmord (unadministered); probate, therefore, gtd to her 7 Feb 1721-2.
     Endorsed: “The Last Will & Testament of Thomas Betty, late of Adragoul (Adrigole), decd Dat: Nov. 1713, probate 26th May 1714.” Another endorsement “Thoms Beaty’s will 26 May 1714.”
